# Liquify export — Accounts

English field reference for the Accounts JSON download. This file is for your own analysis tools; Liquify does not import it back.

## Top-level keys

| Key             | Meaning                                             |
| --------------- | --------------------------------------------------- |
| `schemaVersion` | Accounts download format version.                   |
| `exportedAt`    | UTC timestamp when the file was written (ISO-8601). |
| `budgetId`      | Budget these accounts belong to.                    |
| `budgetName`    | Budget display name.                                |
| `baseCurrency`  | Budget base currency.                               |
| `accounts`      | Array of linked account rows.                       |

## Account row (`accounts[]`)

| Key                | Meaning                                                                                             |
| ------------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `boxId`            | Expense box this account is linked to.                                                              |
| `boxName`          | Box display name.                                                                                   |
| `accountLinkId`    | Id of the AccountLink document (use this to join with Reports balances).                            |
| `accountId`        | Underlying manual account id or bank account id (transaction key). Not the same as `accountLinkId`. |
| `kind`             | Origin: `manual` or `bank`.                                                                         |
| `slot`             | Role on the box: `payment` or `credit`.                                                             |
| `accountKind`      | Account type when known (for example checking). Distinct from `kind`.                               |
| `currency`         | Balance currency.                                                                                   |
| `balance`          | Current balance.                                                                                    |
| `institutionLabel` | Optional bank / institution label.                                                                  |
| `syncedAt`         | Optional last sync time (ISO-8601).                                                                 |
| `updatedAt`        | Optional last update time (ISO-8601).                                                               |
| `transactions`     | Recent transactions (bank); empty for manual accounts.                                              |

## Transaction (`transactions[]`)

| `id`               | Transaction id.                            |
| `postedAt`         | Posted time (UTC ISO-8601).                |
| `amount`           | Amount in `currency`.                      |
| `currency`         | Settlement currency.                       |
| `description`      | Merchant / description text.               |
| `originalAmount`   | Optional original foreign-currency amount. |
| `originalCurrency` | Optional original currency code.           |
