Lister les rapports

Liste les snapshots quotidiens d’un budget (plus récents d’abord). startDate / endDate optionnels, pageToken, limit (défaut 30, max 100).

budgetId	string	Oui	—	Budget whose snapshots to list.
startDate	string	Non	—	Inclusive lower bound (`yyyy-MM-dd`).
endDate	string	Non	—	Inclusive upper bound (`yyyy-MM-dd`).
pageToken	string	Non	—	Continue after this snapshot date.
limit	number	Non	30	Page size (1–100).

Champ	Type	Description
items	array	Snapshot rows (newest first).
hasMore	boolean	Whether another page exists.
nextPageToken	string	Pass as pageToken when hasMore.
