Pass a locale code on tools that return translated copy (search_help, list_activity, list_notifications). Use underscore form (for example en_GB, es_ES). Hyphenated tags such as en-GB are accepted and normalized.
When locale is omitted, the API uses settings.preferredLanguage from get_profile when set; otherwise en. Unsupported codes return invalid_argument.
Spanish has two codes: es_ES (Spain) and es_419 (Latin America).
