Boxen erstellen

Erstellt 1–30 Ausgabenboxen in einem Budget. Jede Zeile braucht eigenen idempotencyKey (gleicher Namespace wie create_box). Scheitert hart am 30-Boxen-Limit. Zählt als ein Write gegen das Rate-Limit.
