Erstellt 1–100 manuelle Holdings in einer Gruppe in einem Aufruf. Behält höchstens 1000 Holdings pro Gruppe und entfernt die ältesten bei Überschreitung. Jede Zeile braucht eigenen idempotencyKey. Zählt als ein Write gegen das Rate-Limit. Bank-Holdings können nicht erstellt werden.
