Top-level keys (Backup / Download plan)

Delen met AI verpakt de JSON met een documentatiekop en kan boxen onder budgetten nesten, plus exchangeRates voor omrekening bij meerdere valuta. Regels die in de .txt met # beginnen zijn alleen documentatie; de machineleesbare payload is het JSON-blok.
