In the app, download JSON from Plan, Accounts, Investments, and Reports. Use exports for backup, sharing, or your own tools.
Where to download

What can be imported
Backup, Download plan, and Share can be imported back into Liquify. Accounts, Investments, and Reports downloads are for your own tools only—they are not imported.
JSON backup includes your plan plus manual account links and manual investments. It does not include bank connections, transactions, or synced holdings.
