Overview
When the owner deletes a budget, it moves to Deleted budgets (bin). It stays there about 30 days, then is permanently purged. Open the bin from the budget list.
Restore
In the bin, use Restore. If you are already at your budget quota, restore may be blocked until you delete or free another budget.
There is no in-app permanent-delete button beyond waiting for the retention purge.
