Overview
Liquify works free without an account. Sign in when you want cloud backup, sync across devices, shared budgets, inbox and push notifications, Reports day history, and connecting real banks.
Guest (no account)
- Budgets stay local on this device.
- You can plan, use manual accounts and investments, and export/import JSON backups.
- Inbox and push notifications do not deliver until you sign in (you can still set preferences ahead of time).
- Reports does not collect day history until you sign in.
- Connecting a real bank and viewing Accounts on a shared budget require sign-in.
Signed in
Sign in with Google or Apple. Then:
- Budget changes and Activity History sync in near real time.
- You can invite collaborators and accept invitations.
- Inbox and push notifications can deliver (see Notifications).
- You can connect banks (Pluggy in Brazil; Lunch Flow worldwide on Ultra)—see Bank Sync.
- Reports saves end-of-day snapshots for charts and download.
Backups without relying on sync
Backup, Download plan, and Share (plan text) can be imported or shared outside Liquify. JSON backup includes the plan plus manual account links and manual investments—not bank connections, transactions, or synced holdings. See Export overview.
