Overview
Budget Activity (Activity History) is a chronological log of changes on a budget—useful when you share with collaborators or want to see what changed recently. Open it from the budget menu (Activity / View all).
Only the last 30 days of activity are kept. Older events are removed automatically.
What you see
Each row summarizes who changed what (plan fields, boxes, expenses, sharing events, and similar updates), with before/after detail when available. Pull to refresh; load more when the list is long.
Empty state: no changes recorded yet for the retention window.
Sharing and notifications
On shared budgets, collaborator edits appear here. You can also get Budget updates notifications (batched) when others change the budget—turn those off under Settings → Notifications. See Shared budgets and Notifications.
Activity History needs a signed-in, syncing budget for the full cloud-backed log—see Sign in and sync.
